How to Perform Interval Sprints (HIIT) for Endurance & Fat Loss


Interval sprint training is my favorite method for building endurance that is time efficient and doesn't beat up the joints. As an added bonus, sprints like these are a great form of stress relief, especially when you focus on controlling your breath. You can do them on your own, but unless you are an absolute machine while you're training, I highly recommend finding a training partner or coach to make sure you stay strict with your rest intervals!
