Stretching & Flexibility Sessions
Stretching and flexibility sessions are a great way to help your body feel great while improving your ability to gain strength and muscle mass. I begin each session by assessing the range of motion throughout your body and identifying your main problem areas. The stretching techniques I use depend on your individual needs, but the primary methods I choose from are:
- Assisted PNF Stretching performed on a massage table
- Weighted stretching utilizing free weights, bands, and cables
- Mobility drills that allow you to make permanent your increases in range of motion
Some sessions may be entirely table-based, while others may have more of an emphasis on solo drills. It depends on what will be most effective for you!
