Clients that I work with consistently drop at least two percentage points of body fat within the first month, along with gaining about a pound of muscle mass.
For a 200lb person starting at 20% body fat, this equates to dropping 5 pounds of pure fat. which is much different than simply losing “weight”, which could be the result of dehydration or the loss of muscle mass.
If you can dedicate 5 hours per week, you can achieve these results or better. And the best part is it only takes about 2 hours per week to maintain the results!

Take the first step of your physique transformation today!
The Body Recomp program provides the training and nutrition blueprint to transform your physique, and more importantly, to build enduring health. I'll support your success with 1-on-1 coaching sessions and a private members forum.
Most people severely underestimate how fast they can see results once they focus on improving their health
Long-term success in physique transformation comes down to a few factors:
- Consuming a whole-food based diet that includes meat, vegetables, fruit, and limited amounts of grain.
- Getting regular moderate to high intensity exercise to stimulate muscle growth and increase the metabolic rate.
- Getting sunshine, fresh air, and staying hydrated.
- Maintaining a healthy sleep routine.
But if it's so simple, why do so many people fail?
It's not due to a lack of discipline or work ethic.
Typically, people don't understand how to identify their limiting factors and they focus their efforts in the wrong areas. Operating with the wrong information about what it takes to build muscle and lose fat efficiently means your progress will be stunted.
Maybe it's from receiving bad advice, inheriting limiting beliefs (e.g. "obesity runs in my family", "I'm a hard-gainer"), or falling victim to marketing gimmicks. Whatever the case, these ingrained beliefs and behaviors are hard to change, especially when we try to confront them head on.
What I've learned in regards to creating lasting behavior change, is that experiencing results first-hand is the most effective way to establish better habits. In other words, seeing is believing!
The Body Recomp program prioritizes nutrition and training strategies that produce results very quickly. I want to help you see and feel measurable progress within the first two weeks of starting a new program, so that the positive momentum will build on itself.
Ultimately, my goal is for you to reconnect with your intuition so that you understand how to improve and maintain your fitness and health on your own.

I've been training with Javier for a little over a year now and he is BY FAR the best trainer I have ever had. My body has positively changed in so many ways since starting to train with him - less body fat and increased strength, muscle mass, and flexibility.
The workouts he designs are dynamic and he is incredibly helpful with advice and techniques to help meet my fitness goals. He never misses a teaching moment to adjust my form and make sure I'm maximizing effectiveness.
Overall, he's a great guy and a great trainer.

After training with Javier for almost 5 years, I highly recommend him to anyone who is motivated to get in better shape. Whether it's strength and flexibility training for a specific sport, gaining muscle mass and/or losing fat, or simply improving overall health, Javier has an extraordinarily deep base of knowledge and an exceptional personal training process that will bring forward results.
Training sessions with Javier are not cookie-cutter workouts of the day. Instead, he considers your goals, identifies any weak links that are holding you back, and builds custom programs that consistently move you forward. He also can answer your questions about nutrition and lifestyle, and has actually read the necessary research to back up the answers!
Personally, Javier has helped me:
- Build the muscle mass that I wanted while keeping body fat percentage (which he can test and track over time) in the single digits.
- Massively increase the weight on fundamental lifts (for example, my squats used to be a wobbly 135 and now are easily over 300)
- Increase mobility (especially in the hips, back, and shoulders)
- Make nutritional and lifestyle changes that improve my workouts and also make me feel better outside the gym
Under Javier's guidance, I have physically improved beyond what I thought was even possible for myself only a few years ago. If you are motivated enough to follow his advice and willing to put in the work, he is ready to help you achieve your goals.

I have been training with Javier twice a week for the last two months and I can see the changes on my body—I’m getting really toned and defined! This is all due to Javier’s training and his methods.
What I like about him is that he’s really into explaining the technique of each exercise and what it does for me. He always corrects my form – for every lift or exercise; he’s always there to make sure it’s done correctly---whether it’s body position or the way the lift is supposed to be done. He is very knowledgeable and strong in educating me to do it the right way.
I really believe in his way of training from A to Z. And he is such a wonderful person to work with. If you’re looking for a trainer that can really help you achieve your goal in toning your body, losing weight, and overall health, Javier is the person for you.
I enthusiastically recommend him!

Let's address some of the most common concerns about getting started...
1. "I don’t have enough time in the week to workout."
I'm only asking for 5 hours! That is less than 3% of your week! This accounts for the strength training and mobility training. Even if you are not following an organized training routine, you should be getting more weekly activity than that anyways.
Humans are meant to move!
2. "I don't have access to the right exercise equipment"
Many of the exercises in the Body Recomp are body weight only and require no equipment. The other movements mostly require common gym equipment like dumbbells, barbells, adjustable bench, etc.
If you do not have access to a particular piece of equipment, don't worry! I will help you come up with an alternative. You will not be missing out by using a different exercise variation. The exercises that are included in the Body Recomp strength training program are only a tiny fraction of the possible exercises that could have been used.
3. "Eating healthy is too expensive."
How expensive is being chronically sick? Or constantly functioning at less than your best?
Firstly, most people end up saving money when they begin eating a healthier, more well-rounded diet because of all of the overpriced junk and processed food and drinks that are eliminated from the diet.
Secondly, higher quality food is substantially more nutrient-dense (this is scientifically proven), so in effect you are getting more nutrition per dollar.
Thirdly, a better diet allows your brain function better, meaning you will make smarter decisions regarding your relationships, career, business, investments, etc.. Who knows how much this is worth to you!
Lastly, there are many hidden costs of a poor diet, such as medical costs, loss of productivity, low energy, and overall worse quality of life.
Eating as healthy as possible is one of the best financial decisions you can make!
4. "I have a bad back, knees, shoulders…I'm just getting old."
Your body is constantly trying to regenerate itself and will be able to do so if you give it the proper support. Some tissues grow faster than others (e.g. muscle tissue vs ligaments), but most everything has the capacity to heal over time with proper nutrition and appropriate stimulus.
Sure, some major injuries (complete muscle tears, ligament reconstruction, compound bone fractures) may not heal exactly as they were pre-injury, but everyone has the capacity to improve. In my experience, the vast majority of people who claim to have a “bad back” have easily correctable muscle imbalances in addition to a diet that triggers inflammation, exacerbating joint pain and stiffness.
5. "I get bored with training and don't have any motivation."
Nothing is more exciting than seeing progress! The point of a training program isn’t to entertain, it’s to get results! Your energy and enthusiasm for training will increase as you adapt to the routine.
Changes in mindset follow changes in physiology!
6. "I like food too much to go on a diet."
This has got to be one of my biggest pet peeves! As if achieving a “good” physique (whatever that means to you) implies that you must constantly deny yourself of any enjoyment of food. Nothing could be further from the truth!
If you feel this way, you are probably stuck in a routine of eating the same few empty-calorie foods that leave you feeling unsatisfied, resulting in constant cravings and food addiction. This is not a result of anything unique to you, it would happen to anyone with the same eating patterns.
Your taste buds may need an adjustment period when transitioning away from a diet based on highly processed and adulterated foods towards one based on nutrient-dense whole foods. As you introduce a greater variety of foods, your palate will recalibrate itself and you'll come to realize that good taste and good nutrition are one in the same.
8. "What makes this program better than the countless other fitness program out there?"
Firstly, it's not the actual strength training program that you'll receive as a part of the Body Recomp program that is unique. Sure, it is thoughtfully-designed and will produce great results, but it's honestly nothing special. That's one of the reasons why I'm glad to suggest alternative exercises when necessary.
What is unique, is that everything in the course and your coaching sessions is intended to help you to reconnect with your intuition so that managing your health and physique becomes second nature.
I recognize that there is no such thing as the "perfect" training plan. Any routine repeated over and over will eventually become stale and lose efficacy. That's why what you learn from the training program is so much more important than the actual program specifics.
*Why only 1 year access? While I would love to offer lifetime access to my programs, I have to acknowledge that hosting videos and a website comes with a monetary and energy cost. Keep in mind that the training program spreadsheet and other resources are yours to download and keep offline for personal use. If you want to renew your access to the course after 1 year, you may request a discount coupon of 50% off the price at time of renewal to reactivate your access.
