I've made my fair share of training mistakes. Trying to force results and ending up with injuries. Stubbornly sticking to certain exercises and training routines when more variety was needed. Eating to gain muscle mass and ending up feeling bloated and stiff. If only I knew then what I know now, I would have saved myself a lot of wasted time and energy, all while performing at a higher level and making sustainable progress.
My goal is to help you become stronger, leaner, and more athletic, and to learn how to maintain those results year round.
