Sedentary office work doesn't come without it's aches and pains! Workers off all ages frequently suffer from chronic stiffness and discomfort in areas such as the neck, shoulders, wrists, and low-back.

This is a major drag on productivity and is a major quality of life issue.

Our Time to Unwind workshops are designed to address the most prevalent mobility issues amongst corporate workers. We teach simple and effective techniques to restore strength and mobility to the areas that have become the most deconditioned.

Who are Time to Unwind mobility workshops for?

These workshops are ideal for:

  • In-office and hybrid employees who spend long hours sitting at a desk

Our workshops are adaptable to all fitness and ability levels!

How are the workshops structured?

Corporate mobility workshops can follow the same format as one of our public workshops that focus on a particular region of the body (e.g. low-back, shoulders, hips, etc.) or they can be customized to suit the unique needs of your organization. Identifying the most common fitness goals and ailments within your organization can be a helpful first step.

Workshops are led by 1-2 instructors and generally include a thorough warm-up, targeted strengthening exercises, and solo and assisted stretches. Our goal is to teach the various techniques and

Workshops can take place on-site in a dedicated fitness area, or can be adapted a general conference room or open space. Off-site workshops in the DC/MD/VA area can also be arranged.
