Our Time to Unwind workshops are designed to address the most prevalent mobility issues amongst corporate workers. We teach simple and effective techniques to restore strength and mobility to the areas that have become the most deconditioned.

How are the workshops structured?
Corporate mobility workshops can follow the same format as one of our public workshops that focus on a particular region of the body (e.g. low-back, shoulders, hips, etc.) or they can be customized to suit the unique needs of your organization. Identifying the most common fitness goals and ailments within your organization can be a helpful first step.
Workshops are led by 1-2 instructors and generally include a thorough warm-up, targeted strengthening exercises, and solo and assisted stretches. Our goal is to teach the various techniques and
Workshops can take place on-site in a dedicated fitness area, or can be adapted a general conference room or open space. Off-site workshops in the DC/MD/VA area can also be arranged.

About the Instructors
Javier Garza
Javier has been a personal trainer for over 16 years and his holistic approach to fitness includes lessons learned from experts in fields such as acrobatics, martial arts, massage therapy, functional medicine, olympic weightlifting, yoga, dance, and gymnastics. His goal is to teach simple methods that empower others to take control of their health and fitness.
Vicky Good
Vicky is visual artist and photographer with a background in the fitness industry who uses strength and mobility training to help her recover from long hours spent in unnatural positions. She's passionate about holistic approaches that build strength, support mobility, and help people feel good in their bodies.
