It's time to challenge your assumptions about physique transformation

False beliefs can prevent you from even attempting to make a positive change. Let's address some of them now:

1. " I don’t have enough time in the week to workout."
1. You are a human being. You are meant to move. Physical activity is necessary for your health and cannot be substituted with anything else.

2. If you want to get fast results, which is the point of this program, then setting aside 4-5 hours per week to train is non-negotiable. If you can only dedicate 3 hours or so to relatively high intensity physical activity per week, you can still make progress, but it will be slower. Any less than that, and you are likely not to see any change at all.

2. "Eating healthy is too expensive."
How expensive is getting sick? Or constantly operating at less than your best?

Firstly, most people end up saving money when they begin eating a healthy, well-rounded diet because of all of the overpriced junk and processed food and drinks that are eliminated from the diet.

Secondly, a better diet means your brain will be working better, and that means you are making better decisions in your career, business, investments, etc., and who knows how much this is worth to you!

Lastly, there are the hidden costs of a poor diet, in terms of both medical costs and loss of productivity. Eating as healthy as possible is one of the best financial decisions you can make!

3. "I have a bad back, knees, shoulders…I'm getting old."
Your body is constantly renewing itself. Some tissues grow faster than others (muscle fibers vs ligaments and tendons), but everything heals over time with proper nutrition and appropriate stimulus.

Sure, some major injuries (complete muscle tears, ligament reconstruction) may not heal exactly as they were pre-injury, but everyone has the capacity to improve. In my experience, most people who claim “bad back” or that they're just “getting old” have correctable muscle imbalances or simply have too much inflammation due to a poor diet.

4. "I get bored with training and don't have any motivation."
Nothing is more exciting than seeing progress! The point of this training program isn’t to entertain, it’s to get results! Your energy and enthusiasm for training will increase as you adjust to the routine. Taking action will create positive changes in your mindset!

5. "I like food too much to go on a diet."
 This has got to be one of my biggest pet peeves! As if achieving a “good” physique (whatever that means to you) implies that you must constantly deny yourself of any pleasure. Nothing could be further from the truth!

What you really mean is that you are stuck in a routine of eating the same few nutrient-poor foods that leave you feeling unsatisfied, resulting in constant cravings. This is not a result of anything unique to you, it would happen to anyone.

Your taste buds may require an adjustment period when transitioning your diet away from highly processed and adulterated foods towards one based on nutrient-dense whole foods, but over time, you will introduce much more variety and delicious flavors into your diet.

6. "Only genetic freaks can achieve these types of fast results."
In my experience, many people underestimate what they can really achieve when they truly take a holistic approach to optimize their nutrition, training, and recovery. Most often, the people who pull out the “Yeah, but their genetics…” excuse, have never consistently implemented a well-designed, holistic training program.

You will be surprised at what you can achieve!

7. "This information is already out there for free. Why should I pay for it?"
All the information you could ever need is readily available online or at your local library, for free, and yet people still fail to achieve results.

This failure could be caused by information overload, which results in confusion, procrastination, and “paralysis by analysis”.

Or, maybe you may end up adopting the wrong strategy for months or even years on end, before realizing you need to change tactics.
